The Massage Nest is a peaceful space in my garden in Fetcham, Surrey, where women can experience the healing benefits of massage in a calm and relaxing environment.
Hi, I’m Lauren. After working in a fast-paced and stressful office job in London for 10 years, I began to feel the toll it was taking on my body. Regular massages became my go-to for relief from repetitive strain injury, and I quickly became hooked—not just on the physical relaxation but on the profound mental benefits as well. That experience inspired me to change my career, and I qualified as a massage therapist over five years ago.

I focus on total relaxation, using aromatherapy to create the right mood for you. I only use certified organic, unrefined, cold-pressed massage oils that are GMO- and hexane-free, as well as vegan-friendly. So not only will you feel great, but your skin will too.
As a fully qualified and insured member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), I look forward to welcoming you and helping you feel more relaxed.
